PicPal allows users to create custom event pages, generate QR codes, and collect guest-submitted photos securely. Photos are accessible only by the event host and PicPal support team.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use this service.
1.3 Account Registration
Sign up via email or social media. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
1.4 User Conduct
Do not upload or encourage the upload of:
Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Personal data without proper consent
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
1.5 Event Data
You may name your event and leave a custom message to encourage guest participation. Uploaded photos are stored securely and not publicly visible.
1.6 Pricing and Payment
You must select a package and pay at the time of event creation. All payments are handled through secure third-party processors.
1.7 Refund Policy
Refunds are granted at our discretion, limited to the total amount paid. No additional liability shall be assumed.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is strictly limited to a refund of monies paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or misuse of content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating our terms or attempting to misuse the service.

Event Information: Event name, description, guest message

We retain data for the duration necessary to provide the service, or until you request deletion. Photos are retained for [e.g., 12 months] by default unless deleted earlier.
